Ngok Label Refund & Returns Policy

At Ngok Label, we craft clothing with purpose—elegant, versatile, and rooted in African heritage. While we hope each piece becomes a treasured part of your wardrobe, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. This policy is designed to support you with clarity and care.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not return items to the product manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

At this time, all items we sell are eligible for return unless explicitly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Partial Refunds

We may grant partial refunds if:

  • Items are returned in a condition that is not original (e.g., signs of wear or damage not caused by us)

  • Items are returned after 30 days from the delivery date

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. We’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund request.

  2. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  • Double-check your account or payment statement

  • Contact your card provider or bank (processing times may vary)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at sales@ngoklabel.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item

  • Once the return is processed, we’ll email you a gift certificate

If the order was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

For peace of mind, we recommend using trackable shipping or insurance for higher-value items. Ngok Label is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
